Glass: Jockimo GlassGrit™ glass flooring

Rutherford, NJ was the home of 6 victims of the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center. Jockimo's GlassGrit™ glass flooring is utilized on this memorial project to commemorate the lives of these individuals. The glass is installed on an existing sub-surface on top of neoprene sheets and flush with the surrounding concrete. The glass is engineered to safely handle a 2,000+ lb. live load. Jockimo specified and sourced the neoprene sub-layer as well.
